Q: Your pictures can't be printed because this error occurred

I'm trying to print images/pictures using windows photo viewer and I get this error "Your pictures can't be printed because this error occurred".... It doesn't tell me which error.. simply just says that in the dialog box. THe dialog box comes out like 4 times with the same message and I have to click OK.

I've already tried googling it and the only fix I can find is replacing photowiz and I already did but it has fixed. I've also installed Photo Gallery and it stil lgives me the same error when I try to print and picture. I've also reinstalled all my printer drivers...

I have searched to find an answer to this problem of faded pictures when printed from windows photo gallery. I have seen a few others having the same problem, but no solutions. I am hoping that someone now can help.

I can print pictures from other software on my computer, from the internet, etc, with great photo quality. When I print from Windows photo gallery they are very light and faded looking. I have made sure the adjustments are for my printer.

It seems that most of the people experiencing this problem had canon printers. Does anyone have a solution to this?

A:faded printed pictures

I have found the solution to this problem, you need to untick the checkbox for "borderless printing", this is how to do it:

When you click print, go to Options > Printer Properties

Click on the "Page Setup" tab, then Untick the box that says "Borderless Printing"

I am unable to print pictures completely. I print them from Picasa on HP photosmart C4250. When I try to print, although the preview is correct, the printed result is not. Part of a picture will come out, or the image starts at the end of the paper and is therefore incomplete. Until now, everything worked properly.

She has slimmed right down...... lol I have been struggling with this problem for quite a while now, have asked everyone who comes within two feet of me and no ones knows how to fix this or what is even causing it. I know someone here will know. I have never had a problem that this site has not been able to fix for me. : ) Thanks, in advance.

I have an Access database used on daily basis to enter and print the maintenance work order in a report format. I have assigned a command button to print the required record. On clicking the button in the Form, a parameter query will run asking the user to put the record number to proceed. Once the correct record number is entered in the parameter text box, the report is previewed and the user click on the print button to print the same.

My question is as follows:

Is there any method to find out the record i am going to print now was already printed before? A kind of record keeping for the printed records.

Also, a message box should warn the user saying incase if the record was already printed, “The record was previously printed, do you want to continue printing again?”

Please tell me a way to perform the above in my Form.

A:Record keeping of the printed records & warning user when printed more than one time

could't you just add a field in the record for printed?

Then if printeed true, show warning, else show printable form.

From Windows Answers:

I believe it is a problem with the "photowiz.dll" file in system32. It is version 6.x.xxxx.xxxx. I found an older version of this file, had to change the attributes and permissions of the file to allow it to be changed. I renamed it with an "dlx" extension and then copied a version 5.1 photowiz.dll to system32 and the print wizard works again! The site I got the file from is:

Hello and welcome to the Vista Forums!

It is not .net Framework that you need, but the Visual C++ Runtimes, in particular the 2005 ones.

? Download and install the following VC++ Redistributables in the following order: 2005; 2005 SP1; 2008; 2008 SP1, 2010

Web addresses:

4. Download details: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

I turned on my PC today for the first time in maybe 6mo, slow to boot up but that's expected. Got maybe ten minutes into using it (just fine, might I add. Linked to wifi, etc) and Norton popped up needing to restart the computer. Hit restart now, ten minutes
go by, PC is still trying to shut down. Black screen but the fan is running. I shut it off completely, push the power button again, and get the disc error. Try to restart twice with CtrlAltDel but same error. Finally soft reset (or try to, no indication that
holding the power button does anything) and then got the "Error loading operating system" screen. Now depending on how I restart it (trying to boot from the BIOS menu or boot menu) I get the disc read error but eventually come back to the OS error.

Nothing can get me into the system, period. I'm doing this from a secondary non-PC device. Any help is appreciated. I can get by on software fixes but I'm completely useless with hardware so all of the quick fix tips I've vaguely read have mentioned removing
things from the actual console which I'm hoping I won't have to do.
Please help thanks

A:A corrected hardware error has occurred, Generic Cache Hierarchy Error

Please provide this information:

Although you haven't mentioned any BSOD's, the info will provide us with some details so we can try to figure this out.

In general, a machine check is related to an error that's recognized by your CPU and reported to Windows. There's not usually much information in the error reports so we have to fiddle around trying to figure it out.

Most often these are either hardware problems (something's busted) or compatibility issues (either software or hardware).

While trying to start up my Dell laptop with Vista Home Basic installed on it, I got an error saying that the winload.exe is missing. I ran the bcdedit commands to set the osdevice and device partitions. While trying to boot again, got an error again this time saying that Kernel is missing or corrupt. I tried to run a repair using the Vista installation cd but the repair failed midway. I tried to do a clean reinstall on the machine which completed successfully. But when I tried to boot the machine again, it gave an error 0xc00000e9 unexpected error has occurred with no other options. Running repair and reinstallation again did not work. I see that a lot of people have faced this problem but I could not find any solution which would work for me. Any clue about how to solve this and what is the cause of this problem? It has been really frustrating till now

A:Vista error while booting: 0xc00000e9 unexpected error has occurred

Hello IamThe,
If the E9 code is correct, then this is the bugcheck for your error.

Usual causes: Device driver

As you can see, the most probable cause is a driver.

Have you tried to boot into safe mode ?.
If you can get to safe mode with networking, go to C > Windows > Minidump and upload the files. You may need to save them to desktop before you zip them up and upload them.

Take a look and post your results, good luck.

I recently re-installed windows and am now trying to install the DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010). All goes well, it installs everything, but as it finished I get this error:
I have tried redownloading, using other installers and updating my graphics drivers. Nothing will work. It's probably worth mentioning that the first time I tried installing, about a week ago, my computer totally froze in the middle of the install and I had to force restart.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

A:DirectX install error - An internal system error occurred.

Welcome to Seven Forums callumshell1. The 1st thing I would suggest would be to run the System Files Checker.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

See if it finds and corrects any errors. Also, see if you locate the 2 dx logs mentioned, in the windows directory, and post them here, or just the text if they are short, which they may well be.

I recently switched out an older Netgear router for the Netgear WNDR3300. I have a 1TB WD MyBookWorld connected via ethernet to the router. Ever since the router switch I have been having two specifice issues:While uploading videos to Facebook, the video will upload anywhere from several MB up to over 100 MB, then stall, saying it's still uploading but trust me, it isn't.
I can copy files/folders from the networked hard drive to my computer flawlessly, but when I try to copy files/folders from my computer to the networked hard drive, it copies anywhere from a few seconds to maybe a couple minutes then stalls out, giving the error message:
"Network Error. There was a problem accessing [\\SERVER\FOLDER]... Make sure you are connected to the network and try again." with Retry, Skip and Cancel. When cancel is pressed it gives: "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem. Error 0x8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred.

Other useful information: on the new router, the WNDR3300, if I use WEP security, I can copy files/folders to the hard drive, no problem. However if I try to use WPA/WPA2, the abovementioned problems occur. I would use WEP and just forget the hassle, but WPA2 is much faster and more secure, so I really want to get this fixed.

A:Error 0x8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred

Hmmmm, Tough Problem.

One of the things it could be is a loose connection, and it keeps on dropping out. Try checking all of your Patch (Ethernet) Cables and reconnecting them all.

As you can copy the files on WEP, it seems like windows is preventing a so called 'Hacker' (You) from copying a 'Virus' (Files) onto the HD. Try to edit the security settings yourself, edit the sharing options in the HD's properties and that might fix it...

Sorry about the long wait.

Suddenly in the past couple of days I am getting the following error messages:

1. DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken

2. The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

a. I am using a Dell Inspiron Model E1505 Laptop.

b. I am using a Netgear Router

c. I am using Firefox Version 3.5.4

At work I do not have this issue. I only have the issue at home. I am puzzled by what the sudden cause
of this could be as I have not had this problem in the 2-3 years that i have been set up wirelessly at home.

The only change that I have noticed which may or not be related to this problem is that when I look at the
wireless networks available a "Linksys" network shows up which I suspect belongs to a neighbor.

My wireless network is not "Security-Enabled" so I do not know if this could be related to this recent problem
rearing its ugly head.

Any assistance or guidance will be greatly appreciated and would prompt me to write Santa and encourage
him to send extra Milk and Cookies to anyone who would be so kind as to take the time to help me.

I have just recently purchased Adobe Photoshop 9/Premier Elements 9. After installation, PSE was working perfectly. The first time I open PE, I received an error message that read: Error: "Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Premier Elements to shut down. We will attempted to save your current project."

I found the following page at that I thought help me solve the problem. Everything seemed to be working properly with both programs.

Now, it is a couple of days later and boths programs are now giving me this error. I am wondering if it is because of a previous version that I downloaded as a trial to see if it was a program that I could make use of. Could this previous version be playing havoc with the newer version.

You should always uninstall trial versions of software before installing full versions, unless the trial version can be converted to a full version by entering a product key that you've bought separately.

But in your case what I said first applies - you should have removed the trial version first.

Uninstall all instances of Photoshop Elements & Premier Elements (both trial & full versions)

Everytime I try and start up my Toshiba Satellite laptop I get the following message after a few minutes of a blank screen.

Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external usb drive whilst the device was still in use. etc etc (there were no devices plugged into my laptop)

File: \Boo\BCD
Status: 0xc00000e9
Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred.

I cannot get any further than this as when I press to continue after a few minutes of a black screen I get the same message. I've tried pressing F8 but it just doesn't work.

Can anyone help!!!

A:Unexpected I/O error has occurred

Hi EJH and welcome to SF
For future reference:
Based on what you wrote, it's either a bad plug somewhere or a damaged device driver or worst case scenario: some faulty hardware.
Since it's a Laptop, please check if all those removable devices (like HDD, CD, DVD etc.) Take everything out (incl. RAM), clean it and carefully reconnect the pieces.
It appears you can't boot into safe mode. So let's see how far you get with this. If you get to a point where you can work safely again, I would recommend to update the Chipset drivers (in case the unresponsive device is part of your North bridge)

Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.
This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

Hey guys. I am afraid that I have screwed up my acer laptop, which had fallen to the ground(I was actually sleepwalking and I somehow knocked it down really hard).

Unexpected I/O errorhas occured.
Windows had encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.
This error can be caused by unplugging a removable stoarge device such as an external USB drive harddrive....bla bla bla

I am very much unacquainted with computers when it comes to solving problems like this. I'm afraid I screwed up my harddrive...
What is the cause of this?
And can you please explain to me how I can rectify this problem in different ways(as I know it may not necessarily be the harddrive I wrecked)?

I also have windows 7 Home

A:Unexpected I/O error has occurred

Hello yellowkataki. Welcome to the Forum.

That error is most often associated with a failed hard drive. But since you knocked the PC to the floor the possibility that the hard drive is simply disconnected is pretty good.

If you are handy, and have a set of small screwdrivers and such, then you could open the laptop up and check it for any loose or disconnected parts.

It is best to download the PDF copy of your laptop's Service Manual and read it before attempting this. There will be pictograms and they will give you the order that things must go in and out.

If you are not mechanically inclined then my best advice would be to take it to a repair shop, or if that is a funny idea in central Australia then you could ship it to an authorized repair center.

Most disappointingly, that error could also be caused by a cracked or broken motherboard, or an actual hard drive failure. Shock is a common cause of hard drive failure. So you've got to hope that something just got jarred loose.

Have you tried installing after disabling your security software? Any active security could be the problem. You might try from safe mode, you will need to be able to enable the Windows Installer in safe mode. Download and save this exe to your desktop for easy access. Boot to Safe Mode (with Networking if you need internet access during the install), click on the SafeMSI.exe to enable the Windows Installer, then try the install again.

I was just told on Sunday afternoon that my processor is only designed for Windows XP and not Windows 7 so it don't have the power to run Windows 7 like the newer processors do. Custom built system, Primary IDE connects to HDD Hitachi, Seconday IDE connects to Master DVD Burner 1.

I opened my case, put in a 2nd DVD Burner in on Secondary IDE Slave. Fired the machine up, and the entire Secondary IDE fails to pick up both DVD's.

I put it back the way it was, I swapped cables, ran the HDD from secondary IDE, tested the DVD's on the Primary IDE, and my conclusion is that I've somehow damaged the Secondary IDE from picking up any device.

Now I am running the new DVD burner as Primary Slave and the HDD as Primary Master, I boot up and get

A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Strange thing is I got a ntoskrnrl.exe is missing or corrupt before this but now only a disk read error occurred message is occuring.

First thing first, threw HDD into my main machine and file system is entirely intact, backed up the HDD with Acronis, put in back in the original machine.

Fired up XP Pro Setup CD, repair install, after copying files and reboot, same error.

Booted with the Ultimate Boot CD, Diagnostics on HDD, ran the Hitachi tool and it crashed to the Dos Prompt. Retried with HDAT2 and am currently running a Bad Sector Test. Nil Warnings or Bad Sectors.

I'm going to put into the main machine as your reading this and try booting from it, to see if the same error comes up. Im thinking either damaged Mobo or maybe the BIOS had manual settings applied and when I swapped the HDD IDE channels, they were lost?

Hi, my friend has a computer that was working fine until she went to start it up yesterday. It starts to boot up but then there is a black screen with "A disk read error occurred, Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart." Doing this only brings the same message. This is a computer she bought from Tiger Direct and the only thing I can see inside is: Systemax Dual Core Athlon PC. It is running Windows XP, SP unknown. Looks like it has a Hitachi Deskstar HDO 250 GB SATA hard drive.

I tried doing some research on this but mainly found posts years old and a lot of arguing about what to do on other sites.

Can anyone help?

A:A Disk Read Error Occurred

Hello and welcome to TSG.

Her best bet is to use her XP CD to boot the system and go to the first Repair option. At the Command Prompt she needs to type chkdsk /r (including the space) and that will start a five stage process of checking the disk structure and file system, and that might fix any errors it finds.

That procedure is sometimes enough to fix this problem but there are other suggestions if this one fails.

WIN XP Home Edition - put in a new 320GB hard drive a week or two ago; everything reloaded and worked fine. Two days ago, while a DVD was loading, things went wacko ... and Windows would no longer completely load.

Tried Repair, but that was useless; reloaded XP a couple of times, but it wouldn't get past the "Press any key to boot from CD" stage; finally attempted to clean the disk and reload XP last night -- now the Disk Read Error message shows up.

Only have access to www via my MacBook, so downloaded DBAN Boot n Nuke, as well as UBCD528 to burn onto disks; couldn't figure out, though, why the download/burn files showed differently: DBAN download = 15.5 MB but when dragged to burn the disk showed only 229 KB; UBCD download = 487 but when dragged to burn the disk showed only 98 KB. Neither would boot the PC.

What th' ... ?

What's the solution for the Disk Read Error Occurred?
How do I clean the drive and start-a-new?

A:A Disk Read Error Occurred

Run the hardware diagnostics to confirm the hard drive has faults. Sounds like it has.
You may have a diagnostics CD for your system, or try starting the diags from boot options. I know that on Dell systems if you start tapping F12 as soon as you switch it on, you get a diags option.
DBAN is really for when you are disposing of hard drives. If you are setting up Windows from scratch, there's a format option just after the disk partition bit.

I tried everything I could think of over about two hours to get it to come back to life without unplugging it. Well guess what...I had to unplug it...I know I know but there wasn't any other way to get it back. Well when I first turned it back on it took me to what looks like a DOS/BIOS screen. It ask me to hit F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup. F1 use to take me to Windows sign on and F2 still takes me to AwardBIOS Setup Utility. Well I hit F1 and comes to a screen saying " A disk read error occurred" "Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". Well I type that and it takes me back to the F1/F2 screen again. It's a viscious cycle. (Not sure if this is more fitting for the hardware forum, but it seems to sort of center around Windows....)

I have a dualboot Gateway machine (out of warranty) with Red Hat Linux 9 on the master hard disk (Maxtor 80 GB), which runs GRUB as my bootloader, and Windows XP Pro SP1 on the slave (Western Digital 175 GB). A few weeks ago I tried starting up my computer, and got the error "A disk read error occurred" after I selected Windows. After going through this a few times, I played around with the inside of my computer. No loose cables, jumpers seemed okay. I disconnected the Maxtor hard disk (everything except physically taking it out of the computer) and set up the WD one as single to no avail. I've tried using the Recovery Console, where I can confirm that my files (or at least the one the damn thing lets me see) are alright (at least I can list them, move around directories, and I opened a text file), but fixboot didn't do a thing for me. Chkdisk didn't see any problems right away, but after running it with /p it reported "one or more errors." I ran it with /r and it fixed "one or more errors," which it later affirmed were all fixed. I also used the full media test on the WD lifeguard disk with "no errors."

Anyway, I can use Linux just fine. I already had NTFS read support, but it can't read anything off /mnt/winxp (where I mounted the other hard disk, and where I've been able to read it before). The termi... Read more

at the end of the scan it will give you all type of info then restart / then it will give you more info telling you if it fixed the error or not

The past couple of days I've had an error in avgcsrvx.exe of my free version of AVG Antivirus 2014. I haven't noticed any particular performance issues, although this is a fairly old machine (2007) and it doesn't have enough memory, and so I often get the alert thing that comes up from AVG telling me about that deficiency.
I'm pretty much completely ignoarnt of tech issues and I realize I'm probably not providing enough information. I'd greatly appreciate any help. It may be that this is inconsequential.

A:Unexpected error occurred in avgcsrvx.exe

Since these errors are so common and there have been numerous complaints, AVG created this topic: How To Troubleshoot Unspecified Error Reported By AVG

I'm running a Win XP Pro Machine with a 40G WD HDD on an ABIT KR7A-133 mobo, which is completely on the fritz. Was working on the computer today and it crashed. It would not boot up for about 20 minutes - the HDD light remained on though. After able to boot I now get the message "A Disk Read Error Occurred" then it asks to reboot by c-a-d. Whenever I try to use my Win XP CD for Recovery it gets to the "System Checking Hardware" and then goes blank. Here's what I've done:

Tried to use Win XP Recovery - Can't even access it (changed boot sequence to allow for CDROM to be 1st)
Swapped memory
Took off slave drive and reset jumpers to Master
Ran Western DIgital HDD Diagnostics - no errors
Tried to put HDD as a slave into another computer - no drive letter assigned
Replaced ribbon for new one
Cleared and Reset CMOS

The BIOS recognizes the HDD by the way. Everything looks good there. I used an old Win 98 boot disk and used FDISK - the drive is recognized and set to Active.

I did have some boot errors that chkdsk repaired a couple of days ago and there were some odd things happening after that like missing icons and a random shutdown.

ALL I want to do is to somehow be able to access ONE stinking document that I have to turn in to class on Monday. After that I could care less...

Is there anything I am missing? Any suggestions?

Is there anything that I can do to access my info? I'm even willing to pay for a program that will magic... Read more

A:disk read error occurred - help

I tried everything I could think of and then downloaded Get Data Back for NTFS. I followed the directions to a T. I took out my bad HDD and put it as a slave on another working computer, made sure it was seen in BIOS (which it was) and booted up to windows on the working HDD (Windows did not detect the bad HDD). I ran the program and it was able to scan my "bad" HDD and provide me access to my files. I gladly paid $79 to be able to copy my one stinking file, some pictures and a couple of downloaded programs that I did not want to have to download again to the functioning HDD. So, thankfully I got my data back with this program.

I still have to deal with my blasted unfunctioning HDD though.... I have no clue what is wrong with it or if it can even be restored. Perhaps I should just get a new one. Any ideas on what to do with the non-functioning HDD? Coaster? Door stop? Seriously, do you think it can be restored if that program was able to access the c: drive and all the files within it?

My office manager's computer decided to be difficult this morning. When she turned it on, it first brought up the BIOS screen, then a black screen appeared that read:

Loading PBR Descriptor 2...done

A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I'm assuming this a hard drive problem, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Nothing has been touched or replaced inside the tower, and nothing has been loaded onto the computer recently. There is a very large program on her computer, however.

Any guidance would be helpful. Also, any idea about whether we will be able to recover her documents? She has not been the best at backing up her files!!!

I recently installed service pack 3 for Office 2003. Now when I open Excel I get the following error message:

Microsoft Visual Basic
An error occurred while loading 'Module1'. Do you want to continue loading the project?

If I click yes Excel opens correctly, however Module1 (which contains macros from personal.xls) is not accessable. Any suggestions?

A:An error occurred while loading 'Module1'.

I have no way of knowing if this will work, but I would do the following.
Copy personal.xls to a removable storage divice, then try opening it in Excel 2007, or OpenOffice, on a different PC.
If successful, then save the macros into a text file. Delete the original personal.xls, and then create a new one.
Copy the macros back from the text file.

I am running Windows 7 on an Emachines E525 and I just purchased the laptop approx 3 weeks ago. Upon bootup last night I received the following error message:

"A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart"

this message is on the black DOS prompt type screen.

After entering Ctrl + Alt + Del it gives me the opportunity to F2 for setup then continues to start windows normally.

Any suggestions?! Sometimes the reboot works sometimes I have to do it a couple times before it will actually boot. I need some help please!

If you are still having this problem.Next time windows runs okay, go to COMPUTER, right click your harddrive and choose PROPERTIES click the TOOLS tab where it says ERROR CHECKING click the check now button. It will offer to do this next time it boots, suggestion, don't do it unless your not going to need the computer for a while as it can take several hours to complete.let it run and see if that does not fix your problem.

I recently installed a new HD in a laptop that i am fixing up. i put in the windows xp home edition cd and went through all the steps, i even deleted the partition that was on there and made a new one and installed xp on that. after the computer rebooted to go to the next step an error appeared saying "disk read error occurred press ctrl, alt, del to restart. i did this over and over again. i went to the recovery console and tried everything you can think of and then reinstalled xp and the same thing happened. WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?

Hi guitarfreak5892 !

Since this is a laptop you'll need the manufacturer's installation disks, retail install disks will lack the proper drivers for your hardware and the problem could be with the SATA controller drivers. What's the brand and model of the laptop ? You can order the recovery disks for a small fee on their support website.

For probably a few years now, I have been getting annoying and persistant "An error has occurred." messages on YouTube videos, and I have to refresh the page several times before it works again. If I leave it alone, after a while the audio will start to play, even though the video is still on the error screen. Also, on other places of the web, non-YouTube videos sometimes play, but without any sound.
I have tried virtually everything possible that I could think of, and that my techie friends could suggest. This includes, doing fresh, completely clean uninstall/reinstalls of FireFox, Adobe, Java, and anything else having to do with video playback, using specific detailed instructions. I tried tinkering with add-ons, I tried the cookies cleaning thing, I use CCleaner frequently to ensure my computer is clean and free of registry errors. I have an anti-virus (Microsoft Security Essentials) protecting me, so this can't be virus/maleware-related. I have tried different browsers such as Opera and Chrome, and they still have the same problem. I even got a new router and network card recently, and that didn't fix it, thinking it was an Internet-related problem.
I am out of ideas anymore, and was wondering if someone could give me some help here. Thanks.

Use the following steps to resolve this behavior: 1. First, verify the proper configuration for the spelling checker. On the Outlook Tools menu, click Options. On the Spelling tab, make sure "Always suggest replacements for misspelled words" and "Always check spelling before sending" are checked.
2. If General Options are not available on the Spelling tab, quit Outlook. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs. Click to select Microsoft Office 2000 or Microsoft Outlook 2000, and then click Add/Remove.
4. Navigate to the Office Tools tree, and then to the Proofing Tools, and finally the Spelling Checker. Make sure it is set to Run from My Computer. If it is already set that way, click to select the Spelling Checker, and then click Update Now to reinstall this option.

He reloaded all system files and xp and sent me on my way with a warning that the hard drive might be going out. $160.00 dollars and 3 days later I got this message "recovered from serious error, download updates for ATI Radeon 200m, X300, X600, Firegl V3200 video driver and so on.
