Hey, I am having problems with my other computer suddenly closing both Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer applications, such as Control Panel, My Computer, etc...(Windows XP Home Edition)
When i click on either one, lets say the my computer icon, a pop up of the my computer folder thing flashes for a split second then disappears, the computer freezes for about a second, shows only the desktop, then a few seconds later the icons start appearing on my desktop and my start taskbar comes back. The screen is back to normal with no lag, but the my computer pop up is no longer there. The same thing happens with internet explorer, but it just happens alot quicker.
Does anyone know what could possibly be the problem of this, and maybe how to fix it? Thank You in advance.

Every time I try to open IE a "Run As" message pops up. It says the following...Which user account do you want to use to run this program?

Prompt which is highlighted already is "Current User" with my name next to it. Under that it has a box that is already checked which states "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity."

It goes on to tell me that "This option can prevent computer viruses from harming your computer or personal data, but selecting it might cause the program to function improperly." And is does so I alway have to uncheck the box.

Next it has another option which I can highlight but I never do. It allows me to choose another user and enter a password. I am the only user. This started one day without warning and I can't figure out how to make it stop asking me this. I have done it for months now but it is starting to drive me mad!!

This is probably resolved with a simple internet options change, but I can't figure it out for the life of me.

If I visit certain sites by linking to them, Internet explorer just closes out completely. I can still get to those sites by copying the link, opening a new Internet explorer, and pasting the link in my address bar.

Sample link that closes IE for me:

http://www.sptimes.com/2004/11/19/Tampabay/Gunman_kills_two__sel.shtml

I can get to the above link by going through the sptimes website, but if I try to click a link someone put on their webpage for it it closes my internet explorer.

I'm using WindowsXP, IE 6.0, and I run ad-aware like twice a week. The problem has been around for a while, not sure what to do about it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi all,
I’m having an annoying problem with Iexplorer closing without warning. Sometimes a warning message pops up saying ‘Iexplorer must close. Sorry for any inconvenience’, but most the time IE just shuts down with no warning.
My fire wall (Virgin Media’s own) has been going crazy lately alerting me of files similar to wtP1uim3 that want to connect to the internet. I always choose ‘block’, but can’t guarantee that they’ve always been blocked as my Niece has been using it.
Below is my HJT file. And any help is appreciated…

Hi to all out there in the cyber space. My interent explorer will open then when I search up pops-Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. etc etc....Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report to help us improve Internet Explorer...blah blah blah.....
Now as we all know contacting Microsoft is a waste of time. And Microsoft although sent this automatic problem report don't send an automatic HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. So is there anyone out there who can give me simple easy to follow advice please on what may be going wrong.
Thanks so very much...and Bill Gates if you are out there when will you create an online fix the problem system...something as simple as it fixes itself and doesnt require us to do anything.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I have moved your thread to a more appropriate forum.

There are a number of possible causes for your problem.

Viruses/malware etc could be responsible.

IE may have become corrupted in some way.

Let`s check to make sure you don`t have anything nasty lurking on your system. If your system checks out clean, then we`ll see what else we can do.

Go and read this thread HERE, then post a HJT log as an attachment into this thread.

Hi. My computer (Win7 64x OS) is being weird :/. I opened up Internet Explorer, did my business and then when I went to close it it wouldn't close. When I clicked the X button it made that weird noise that is made when you try to do something that "isn't possible". I immediately pressed and held the Ctrl-Alt-Del keys (which obviously didn't work). I then went to my "techy" friends and they told me to use Alt-F4 and Ctrl-Shift-Esc which also didn't work. I then attempted to restart my computer via the start button.........no response. After the 30 seconds I waited I tried again.........no response. During this time I ran a full scan on Microsoft Security Essentials and it said I was clean. I'm not sure what to do now. I would REALLY appreciate some help.

Sincerely,
Space_Duck

A:Internet Explorer not Closing

Have you tried holding down the power button for a few seconds to force the computer to turn off? You may find the problem has resolved itself when you restart. Can you minimize the window and get to "Restore to a previous working configuration" and try that. In extremis you could pull the plug/battery and force closure.

Hi! Within the last week, whenever I use Internet Explorer for more than a few minutes, an hourglass suddenly appears for a few seconds followed by a remark saying that "Internet Exporer has encountered a problem and needs to close". I restart Internet Exporer and everthing seems OK for a few minutes and then the same thing happens again. I use Mcafee Viruscan and Microsoft Anti-spyware and neither of them has found anything. Any ideas why this is happening??????? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have no clue on why this is happening. Sorry about not knowing. I hope this doesn't offend anyone when I say IE sucks. I would just forget about IE and use Firefox which is a way better browser. I think you will like it alot more than you do IE once you get used to it. You can download it from this site http://www.mozilla.org/

Hi quietflip2
Close your browser window, run hjt in safe mode and fix these items.Any files/folders that I have highlighted will also need to be removed from your hard drive as well as from the log. Make sure to have your system set to show hidden files and folders... Check Here while still in safe mode, run "SpyBot S&D" and fix all it finds.Post a new log when finished....

My Internet Explorer window on my laptop will come up and then immediately shut down. This just started. I haven't noticed any other problems with the computer --- OTHER THAN I know it needs more memory (but this is an old problem, and IE just started acting weird today). Any idea what might be the problem with IE, and what can I do to fix it? Also, can I install a memory card in my laptop rather than opening the case? Hope I haven't confused the issue here. Thanks for any reply!

Hello All!
For some reason today my computer likes to close the internet browsers on it's own. I use IE- the version used in 2004. When i've been playing games, doing research, anything the windows close- all of them. And then a window opens to say i've chosen to end the unresponsive program and asking me to send an error report. I never chose to close the program, it happens on its own. Do I have too many things running at once or any other ideas? Thank you much :0)

It's bizarre, but when I open my home page (SBCGlobal) or any other site on Internet Explorer, within seconds it goes to "http:///" in the address bar and says it can't find the page. I can only get back to each page by clicking the Back shortcut on my browser a half dozen times. ARG. What's going on??
I ran AdAware and Spyware Nuker and this window, at the moment, is staying up. What's up with IE? What should I download to take its place? My connection is working fine.

I have a new laptop with Vista Home Premium with SP1 installed
IE 7 keeps closing each time I try to change pages or click on a link.

I have gone into the IE tools>Internet options>advanced tools>reset.

This has helped to the point that IE doesn't actually shut down but states it is unable to display page. If I click on refresh the page usually reloads. But I need to figure out why IE keeps shutting down. I removed all the toolbars I had when I did the reset.

I need help to cure this problem.

My problem is that I have IE 7 and firefox 3, and recently they stopped working properly. What exactly happens is that when you click one any of them to open, they will load for half a second then close, as if i hit the 'x' button, no messages, no warning. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs but same problem.
This is the funny thing though, I ran a subscribed and paid version of webroot spy sweeper with anti-virus on my computer. It found trojans and other viruses, and I quickly deleted them. Then both Internet explorer and firefox were opening and quickly closing. I tried limewire and it worked fine with fast connection. later that night by miracle both IE and FF were working, no random closing, however Spy sweeper had a scheduled sweep and it did a thorough sweep of the computer. Now the net was still working, however as soon as i deleted the viruses, bpth firefox and internet explorer stuffed up. I ran anti malware, and still nothing happened, both firefox and internet explorer aren't working, and i really need help to fix this problem. Is there a program or application which can be downloaded, without sending me a virus which will remedy this?
Please help we aussies aren't computer savvy.

Hi.,

Could be malware's doings. To be on the safe side,

Please follow MicroBell's 5 Step process outlined here

After running through all the steps, best thing to do is have one of the HijackThis helpers take a look at a log.

Please download HijackThis - this program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
Click on the "Unzip" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\PROGRAM FILES\HIJACKTHIS\

Double click on HijackThis.exe to run the program.

1. If it gives you an intro screen, just choose 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit Scan and then click on Save log.
3. Post the hijackthis.log file in the HijackThis Log Help forum. Do not fix anything in HijackThis since they may be harmless.

About a week ago, my computer started closing my internet explorer randomly when I am just searching the web. I ran the malwarebytes and spybot scans and AVG antivirus scan and removed all the infected files but it is still doing it. When the page closes, it gives me the option to send report or not to send it. What are my other options to get rid of the virus.

Hi, I've got a problem with the internet explorer on my Windows 7 laptop.

Out of nowhere earlier today it started to close immediately after I had tried to reopen it (I'd accidently closed it off). Just before it happened though, my internet had tried to load a website I hadn't tried to open in one of my tabs (don't know what it was, it's not in my internet history anywhere) and I've had the problem ever since.

It's taken a lot of clicking the stop cross in the top bar just as I open it to get it working. Once I close it again, I know I've got the same problem again...it's so frustrating!

Now, I've been onto the windows website and have reset internet explorer like it says but it's still not working. It's also shrunk the size of the tab bars and the home page and favourites icons for some reason. So, any help would be great as I really need it on my laptop.

I'm not very clued up on tech either so you'll have to bear with me a bit on trying to get this fixed.

A:Internet Explorer keeps closing after opening...

Open IE. Hold the Control key and type zero (0). If it doesn't work, post back the version of IE you're using and what a virus scan indicated.

Recently, my internet explorer has been closing randomly. This isn't good since I use the computer for online testing here at school. My touchpad scroll function didn't work for a bit too, but I downloaded the new driver and it has started working again. I've also noticed the screen will flash, or if I'm watching a movie at full screen, it will suddenly go back to regular mode without me hitting anything. When I open task manager, iexplore.exe is running without Internet Explorer browser even running

I noticed that whenever it closes down, the task manager has an iexplore.exe running. There's often 2 iexplore.exe running at the same time in task manager. I did a search for all iexplore.exe on the computer and deleted all other than the one in ProgramFiles/Internet explorer.

I have been experiencing a slow reaction from IE when I try to close it. (previously when i type something, say in google search, the key strokes also used to get delayed. I ran AVG and it showed three malware threats and removed them. The key stokes now seem to go ok, but the delayed IE close persists. After I click the x on IE, it still waits for a while before closing. (and it happens on every webpage). I thought you guys can please take a look at my Hijackthislog and let me know if I should get rid of any items. There seem to be some unnecessary toolbars etc and may be some other stuff that probably slows my computer in general (not only the key stoke issue). If you could please let me know how to get rid of them as well, even though it is not a threat, I will appreciate it.

Thanks

A:Internet explorer closing (Hi Jack Log file)

Your problem doesn't look like it's related to spyware. Your log is clean. Lets try one more tool to make sure.

Download: StartDreck

Unzip to its own folder and start the program:
Press 'Config'
Press 'Mark All'

UN-Check the 'NT-Services & NT-Kernel...' boxes only:
Press 'Ok'

Press 'Save' and select the location to save the log file (default is the same folder as the application)

Post the log in this thread..

Just in the last week or so, when I click on a linked page off of a page, it will open the link for 5 seconds, then POOF! it closes and I am back to the original page.

This is happening on almost every site I go to. I'm thinking it might be a setting under Internet Options | Tools, but can't figure it out.

I've done massive searching for something similar, but can't find anything.

Any ideas? I don't have Macromedia Flash installed, and possibly some of those "other little programs" that like to load themselves....could it be something like that?

I can provide links if needed, but I don't have this log file everyone seems to be using.

I'm running XP PRO SP2....and I run AdAware SE, AVG and Microsoft AntiSpyware.....

Thanks from a new poster!

Please find my DDS below, hopefully I did this correct. I am not a computer savvy person. I am in desperate need to get this computer unjacked prior to deployment. Any and all help would be appreciated.

When I open Internet Explorer and type something into the search, the results come up and then I get the Internet Explorer has stopped working pop up, then I cancel it and the page auto recovers the tab. Also I am unable to connect to my Army Knowledge Online or any other Military site that I perform work through or need to access.

I performed a scan and something about a 180 came up with about 14 other issues. Don't know what they mean.

Thanks for reading and possibly being the one to offer a fix to my computer.

When closing a tab in internet explorer 8.0 it takes forever. Even when I have only 3 tabs open. I use to be able to have 8+ tabs open in two different sessions with no issues. Nothing new has been added or deleted from the computer.

Also open a new tab take very long, not as long as closing a tab.

I have deleted cookies, files ect in internet options/del browsing history. I also ran Avast, SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Ccleaner.

I'm running Windows XP SP3 and Internet Explorer 8. For some reason IE8 has started having a problem of not closing properly. IF I have multiple tabs open and I try to close IE8, it asks if I want to close all tabs, but when I click on close all tabs it just sits there doing nothing. If I then try to close IE8 again, I just get an hour glass symbol. The only way I can close IE8 is open task manager and shut down the processes for each tab. If I'm on IE8 without having any tabs open, I can close IE8, but not reopen it from the desktop without going to task manager and shutting down the IE8 process. I can however reopen IE8 without shutting down the process, if I use the IE8 quick launch button on the task bar, but I still have the IE8 closing problem. By the way, while I'm in the middle of this IE8 closing problem (before I shut it down in task manager), I can't open anything else (my computer,etc.,etc.) until I shut down the IE8 process. Neither Norton Internet Security or MalwareBytes has detected any problems. Does anyone know how to fix this problem, it is getting pretty annoying. Thanks in advance.

Hi. I'm new here... Anyway, whenever I close a folder (i.e. My Computer, My Documents, Recycle Bin, any folder I've made, etc...) the computer hangs for like 3 seconds then closes the folder then opens an Internet Explorer Window of about:blank. This takes a long time especially since opening folders is what I do a lot. Anyone have any ideas of what to do. I've run McAfee Anti-virus and Spybot Search and Destroy but the problem still persists.

Hello new forum:) For the last 2 weeks, I've been working diligently with dear "mas-pogi" i.e. Mark in getting rid of nasty trojans which finally today, have gotten the all-clear:) However, still one minor problem remains and that is when I close out Internet Explorer and NOT using the "safe mode" for IE, I get error messages. Mark had advised me to: 1. Try the "safe" (without add-ons) route to IE which works just fine and no error messages. 2. In the Tools section, disable the HP viewer and try again. Unfortunately, with HP viewer disabled, I still get the error message. And by the way, my computer runs on Windows XP and is a Hewlett-Packard model - HP Media Center PC.Since the trojan problem is now resolved, Mark sent me to this forum hoping that someone here could help me resolve the problem with the error messages. He also suggested I try using Firefox as an alternative browser which I have downloaded but have not yet installed:)The error message will sometimes read as: The instruction at "0x629118e" referenced memory at "0x629118e". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program. Click on cancel to debug the program. Sometimes it's another set of "numbers" that "cannot be read". It differs from time to time. Sometimes I get no "warning message", but just a message that wants me to send Microsoft a "log" of the problem. I haven't done a ... Read more

I went to systems>performance>data execution prevention> turn on except those listed > IE. Still will not allow me to download :( help plz....

A:cant download adobe due to internet explorer 8 closing

Try managing managing your add-ons.

Run IE in No Add-ons Mode. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) - If this fixes the issue, then go to Tools -> Manage Add-ons and enable the add-ons one by one to find which one was causing the problem.

Does that solve your issue?

Internet Explorer kept encountering problems and closing constantly and I became so frustrated that I switched to Firefox. Why did this happen ? One after another it said that it has to shut down because it encountered a problem ?

A:Internet Explorer encountering problems and closing

It's always a good idea to have more than one browser. Firefox is solid. Are you using Internet Explorer 7? You may have already tried this but disable third party cookies in your privacy settings. This could be a spyware or trojan issue. What are you using for security?

The error message saysInternet explorer has stopped workingA problem has caused internet explorer to close and so on.I just got this computer yesterday. There wasn't a problem with internet explorer until I installed firefox, then I unstalled it. I'm sure firefox isn't the problem. I installed other software as well. What should I do?p.s. I scanned the computer using ad aware, and a-squared and avast antivirus!

A:Internet Explorer Keeps Closing In Windows Vista!

Internet Explorer will stop working almost all the time cause a conflict with a Plugin or Active X...Go to "MSconfig".Click on Start > Type in "Start Search" MSconfig" (no quotes) and hit Enter...Go to the Startup tab and look for "OmniPage" and uncheck it...Go to internet options...Start > Control panel > Left side of window click on classic view > Internet options. In "General" tab, and look for browsing history and click on "delete..." Delete all...Go to "Programs" tab and click on "Manage Add-ons". Add-ons are active-x controls that change the way Internet Explorer is used. These can be toolbars, plug-ins, and other code that can interfere with the operation of IE. Select any suspicious add-on names from the name list and select disable to prevent the add-on code from opening when IE is opened. Finally go click the "Advanced" tab. Remove the checkmark from "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)", editAlso unchek "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks".Restart and the error should not come back. These errors are probably caused by browser extensions that were added through spyware or adware.Maybe a look in here, and posting your log will help if this didn't.Hope it helps Mav

I'm not sure how to fix your current problem, but I am here to tell you to be careful when downloading things from P2P networks. There is quite a bit of CRAP loaded on those networks, and it can screw up your computer quicker than you can say "Oh NO!"

Hi.Welcome

Before we start working with your log, you are running Hijack This from a temporary location. This needs to have its own folder. Please download HijackThis Self-installer
This is a complete installer that installs HijackThis on the computer to C:\Program Files\HijackThis.

Please download Look2Me-Destroyer.exe to your desktop and close all windows before continuing.

Doubleclick Look2Me-Destroyer.exe to run it and put a check next to Run this program as a task.

After the above message it closes, I have restarted several times and still having the same problem. I also restored my Internet Explorer setting and I still have the problem.

When I try to access internet explorer option through the TOOLS tab I get the below message.
Restrictions error message stating that "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact system administrator.
Also, when I try to access system admin services via control panel I get an error message and it closes out before really starting.
My guess is I have a serious virus, please HELP!!!

Is there a way to automatically logoff/close internet explorer after a certain time delay, or do you have to close it manually with a mouse click each and every session?

we are running 6.0 and 7.0 on different computers and I need a way to automatically close the session so that if somebody forgets to end the session, someone else can't come up to it and have it already running.

This is for a proprietary application in a business, meaning we use internet explorer to provide building controls and if one of the operators forgets to close the browser any other person can sit at the PC and take control of the building systems. The application we are using requires a signon (login) when the browser is launched so that is secure, it's just the automatic closing of the session that we can't seem to figure out.

thanks.

Howdy. I hope someone can help. Awhile ago, I accidently downloaded auto windows updates of SP2 which I did not want to do. My problems with IE and OE (Have windows XP HOme edition) constantly freezing and closing out with error reports started then. It's getting MUCH WORSE AND MORE FREQUENT. I have resisted and not downloaded any more SP2 auto updates since.

I do virus and spy checks daily--no problems there; no new software recently installed.

Do I need to be doing these persistant auto SP2 updates now? Will that solve this problem? Thanks soooo much for any help!!

I suppose you could uninstall SP2 and then order (free) the SP2 disk from microsoftts website and then install SP2 once you have run all the ware you can to clean up your hard drive and diskscan or scan disk and defragment your hard drive.

You get a better install that way if you use the CD and get your hard drive in order as best you can beforehand.

Hi, I've come here from the Internet Explorer forum where I've been suggested to do the dds and GMER rootkit system after my Internet Explorer 9 started closing straight after opening.

Now I scanned earlier today and my antivirus found a Trojan Horse JS/Exploit in my temporary internet files at the time. It's since secured the threat which it said was high risk and has now healed it according to my AVG. It's in the virus vault but is not posing a threat apparently.

Following the suggestions in that thread, I did the dds thing and that went fine but then the problems came with the GMER rookit. I followed the steps closely but it shut down my laptop out of nowhere and it's panicked me quite a lot. I really don't want to go through that again as its worried me a lot so I was wondering if there was another route to take to see if this trojan is actually gone or not?

I've been told on the Internet Explorer forum that this needs looking at before sorting out my internet, so any help is glady appreciated. I am not the most clued up of people on tech either just to let you know so you will have to bear with me at times...

Here's the dds file by the way:

Hi All

Have recently purchased a Toshiaba Laptop with windows vista premium.
Since day one whenever I shut down an internet browser window it gives thi error
Windows Explorer has stopped working -Windows is serching for a solution to the problem.
Then it says to try removing any toolbars i instaled and try again.Did this but no good.
A few days later it came up with the solution of removing Adobe Flash player and instaling the newest rev. Did this to no avail.
I have the laptop about 6 months now and this is wreaking my head. Everything else is working fine
Also i noticed that if I have a few browser window open I only get the error if I close the first browser window, I can open and close the other browsers as many times as i like with no errors.

This is a company/business user's computer, so much of the software might be in-house software. The anti-virus is provided by Trend Micro. Computer is a Dell Latitude D600 running Windows XP, SP2.

Problem: Original issue user reported was that Microsoft Word locked and froze when opening. Microsoft Word was unistalled in preparation for a re-install.

New/Additional Problem(s):
Computer is running very slowly.
Anytime IE is closed, (and sometimes when other applications are closed,) or any part of the computer is browsed to, the "Internet Explorer has an encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." pops up.
Accessing the data of the error report reveals the ModName: hostie.dll as the problem.

I have run both Ad-Aware and Spy-bot.

I have a Sony Vaio running Windows 7 Home Premium. Yesterday I accessed the Internet at the office over a Cat5 cable. Last night I accessed the Internet at home via my USB Internet dongle (actually an O2 mobile phone). Today neither works. I have also tried to connect to the Internet via Wireless and that does not work either.

Needless to say my desktop (using the same Cat5 cable) works. My mobile phone can access the Internet on it own. And others can get the wireless to work.

My Vaio can connect to all three; however, all three say "No Internet access".

I changed nothing between last night and this morning. I have scanned through the list of Windows Updates and nothing has been downloaded in the past week. I have turned off my firewalls (in both McAfee and Symantec Endpoint Protection). I have run the three NETSH reset commands with Administrator privileges. I have rebooted my machine numerous times. Nothing works.

I have done an IPCONFIG (on a two of these connections on their own) and can PING myself but not the Default Gateway.

I realise that this sounds impossible (that I have done nothing and it has broken anyway) but modern PCs are constantly "fixing themselves" and so some invisible background process must have messed something up. Thing is, I do not know where to even start to look.

If ur getting the error message saying "Windows Explorer Stopped Running" and then "Windows Explorer is restarting" when you try and play media files, like I was, what I did was unistall the codec pack i had (K-Lite Codec Pack) and downloaded a Vista Codec Package. That fixed the problem because Vista has problems with old codec packs that aren't supported.

Hope I helped,

Lately i`m having trouble with a usb internet dongle. Sometimes i`ll plug it in, it`ll connect to the internet,i`ll watch some stuff on-line for about an hour and then the internet connection is lost. The dongle will sometimes tell me i`m still connected and the laptop tells me i`m connected and then sometimes the dongle says i`m connected but the laptop will say i`m not. I unplug the dongle, plug it back it in and again it`ll say i`m connected but i still don`t have any internet and then after a minute or so i get the yellow triangle to say i have no internet and sometimes the dongle will say theres no coverage even though i had full coverage a while before.
The dongle is new and it`s a HiLink E353.
I`ve checked the usb ports on the laptop with a mouse and they both work.
Anyone any idea what could be the problem?
I`m wondering is it the dongle or something with the laptop?

I recently started getting error messages when I try to access a folder called documents on my laptop.
Windows explorer closes and restarts successfully, any program attempting to access the file either freezes or closes unexpectedly. This happens to Ad-aware, NOD 32 virus scan, and any program which opens or saves to this folder by default. the error message is as follows:

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error signature:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00006770

I have run the sfc /scannow Windows file protection scan which also encountered problems and could not provide a report on the errors. The other option is deleting the file via the "del" command in Run but i would rather not delete this as the folder contains some new documents which were not yet backed up.

I also ran Shell extentions manager, Shexview, and disabled all 3rd party/ non microsoft extentions. this didn't make a differance.

Can anyone help??? I would really appreciate it!
